Nowadays, print is not quite as common, but there is something very special to experience something on paper, there is a certain frame, texture, quality that can’t compare to something tactile. Each book tells its own story from the choice of design, binding to the types of photographs that are in them. It is a statement of how we would like our viewers to experience it.
The books often surprise me as I start with one idea, but it’s through carefully dissecting the photos that they reveal sides to the couple that I may have not seen before, it shows a lot of character not only of the couple, but of the photographers as well.
