UBC Sauder community and the SSE-Kenya alumni teamed up to support Kenya. In lieu of travelling to Kenya this summer with UBC Sauder students to teach basic business and entrepreneurship skills to locals in Nairobi, UBC Sauder prof Jeff Kroeker and members of the SSE-Kenya community distributed food, cleaning products, hand sanitizer, and masks to help Kenyans in need. This is a post created with behind the scenes snippets provided from the team in Kenya. I wanted to create a short film to show the the effort that was made from both communities for the success of this campaign.

Working with the UBC Sauder BCom team, I created an explainer video to talk about a tool that the school created for students to use to assist with their career exploration.

During my time at UBC Sauder school of business, I had the opportunity to work with the highly creative team in the Marketing and Communications team. I worked as a Web/Graphics Production Coordinator and worked on a variety of projects and ensured that the UBC Sauder brand essence is consistently conveyed. Being in this role I was able to touch upon different areas of design and development from the UBC Sauder website to their social accounts. I had the opportunity to design layouts, create icons and also learn to use their development platform to execute these ideas.
